1、 The grinding head on the stone polishing machine can't come down, or can't go up (the grinding head is stuck, can't come down, or can't turn).
1. This is caused by water entering the spline shaft of grinding head. You can continuously refuel, and then pry the grinding head up and down with a wooden stick, and refuel at the same time. In the process of prying and prying, the oil can be continuously added for more than 20 times, when the gauze sand is used for more than 10 times.
2. If the grinding head fails to rise after a sudden drop, check whether the barometer returns to zero and whether the throttle pressure valve is relaxed. When rotating counterclockwise, if the barometer does not return to zero, rotate the pressure regulating valve counterclockwise to the end point, and then rotate clockwise to pressurize to 2PA. Check whether the spline shaft spring falls off.
3. Check whether the cylinder and air pipe of the stone polishing machine are ventilated. If the ventilation is the problem of the cylinder, replace the cylinder. If there is no ventilation, it is the problem of the air circuit. Check whether the air pipe blocks the plug. If the grinding head cannot rotate, check whether the motor is normal. If it is normal, check whether the bearing of the grinding head of the stone polishing machine needs to be replaced.
2、 Replace the cylindrical bearing of the polished part of the machine head, and check whether the shaft can be taken out
1. Start the stone polishing machine, put the stop ruler on the beam, and then remove the roller rod, water pipe and water cover.
2. Remove the pulley, cylinder, aluminum cover and gland that need to replace the bearing grinding head.
3. Then shake hands and turn the nose to make it flush with the main beam surface.
4. Loosen the screws on the bearing pedestal of the manipulator on both sides of the machine head. There are eight screws in total and four screws on one side.
5. Then use a wooden stick to pry up the head with the beam surface as the fulcrum, so that the shaft inside the head can be punched out.
6. The bearings can be replaced and then installed one by one according to the above steps.
3、 Stone polishing machine starts electrical cabinet trip
1. Check whether the stone polishing machine leaks (water enters into the motor and the wire sheath is damaged).
2. Check whether the zero line of the incoming switch falls off.
3. Check whether the stone polishing machine is grounded (i.e. whether the motor is burned).
