Working Principle
This is a welding form that uses electromagnetic induction to heat workpieces. This causes the surface temperature of the brazing filler metal to rise rapidly until it melts and finally connects.
Application
Our IGBT induction brazing machine is used for brazing diamond saw blades, alloy cutting tools (lathe tools, reamers, milling cutters), mining tools (drills, picks), copper pipes, motor copper wires, and copper rods
Advantages:
(1) Simple. It can be learned and installed in just a few minutes and is easy to move. Connect the power supply and you can use the induction coil and the inlet and outlet water pipes.
(2) Low power consumption. The power consumption is only one-third that of the old-fashioned high frequency. Eliminate the high-voltage area and eliminate the high-voltage step-up transformer that generates nearly 10,000 volts. Various models of machines can be used continuously for 24 hours with duty cycle.
(3) Basically eliminate scale. Fast heating, with only a few scales on the surface.
(4) Uniform temperature. There is no carbon or oxyacetylene flame itself. It is easy to observe the temperature. The density induction coil enables all parts of the workpiece to obtain the required temperature.
(5) Improve the working environment and eliminate harmful carbon or oxyacetylene gases generated during the combustion process.
(6) Reduce waste, save raw materials, and improve the production quality of workpieces.
