Therefore, the process of drilling is particularly important. To cut a large block, three holes must be drilled, namely one vertical hole and two horizontal holes. The three holes intersect at one point. If the three holes do not intersect at one point, the perforation of the diamond beaded rope will be troublesome, and it will not even be able to be worn. It needs to be drilled again, which reduces the production efficiency. Therefore, drilling must be carried out according to actual conditions and operating procedures. The equipment used for drilling can be multi-functional rock drills, down-the-hole drills, manual rock drills, etc.
(2) Thread the rope
The diamond saw wire machine adopts the manual threading method, that is, one end of the rope is fixed on the thin steel wire rope, and the other end of the thin steel wire rope is connected with multiple strands of flexible wire (usually the wire for the hammer), which is inserted through a hole, and the vertical surface can be water. Punch out the cord, use an iron wire to lead out the horizontal plane from another hole, and then take out a thin steel wire to lead out the wire saw.
(3) The wire saw machine is installed in place
After threading the rope, first lay the equipment track. The track should be parallel to the horizontal hole, and the level of the track plane should be measured with a level to meet the requirements. Finally, the wire saw machine is hoisted to the track, the wire saw is hung, and the wire is connected. power supply. Because the equipment is heavy, and after cutting a plane, the equipment needs to be moved again. Any one of the equipment, such as mast crane, forklift, loader, excavator, etc., can be used to move the saw;
(4) Connect the water source and install the cooling water pipes. Generally, two water pipes are required, one is set at the entrance hole of the rope, and the other is set at the exit position of the rope, and needs to be adjusted continuously with the cutting progress of the diamond saw wire machine Water inlet position and water outlet direction.
