1. Saw blade matrix:
In general, the new saw blade matrix is controlled by tension value and flatness and runout before leaving the factory. But some matrix is often used in the stone factory deviation, resulting in a reduction in the qualified rate of plate cutting. It is mainly manifested as: the processing technology used in stone processing plants also does not match the matrix tension value. When the tension value is too large, it is easy to cause the bending phenomenon up and down. Some matrix has reached the service life limit after repeated welding, and this phenomenon will also occur. Therefore, the stone processing plant in the selection of matrix do not covet cheap, the selection of unqualified matrix, but should choose the regular enterprise production of good quality matrix. At the same time, pay attention to the use of rewelded saw blade cycle, in order to reduce unnecessary losses.

 

2. Tool head:
Plate cutting bending is mainly the cutting head is not sharp, forced overload under the knife or knife, resulting in cutting current is too large, plate bending. Therefore, stone processing plant before cutting processing, the new cutting head should take cutting measures, conditional can use mechanical cutting edge, in order to reduce the diameter jump and end jump out of tolerance. But in our country, most of the stone processing plants are in simple condition, can not use mechanical cutting edge, but use random cutting edge. In the process of random cutting, strict cutting technology should be formulated and implemented according to 1/3 or 1/4 of the normal cutting or cutting speed, and the radial runout error of the tool head should be reduced by fully "sharpening the tool". Otherwise, in the process of overload cutting or cutting, the saw blade matrix can not bear the huge load, it will produce the deterioration of flatness, tension value, end runout, resulting in the later cutting bending, the matrix can not be solved.

 

3. Welding of matrix and tool head:
Regular knife head welding (rewelding) manufacturers generally use high-precision automatic welding machine, with high-precision die, strict and meticulous welding process and quality inspection standards, so as to effectively control the effect of welding knife head heating on the flatness of the saw blade matrix, end runout, radial runout and tension value, Effectively avoid reducing the saw blade in the process of cutting plate bending opportunity. At the same time, the mix ratio (the ratio of the thickness of the tool head to the thickness of the substrate) is also an important factor that cannot be ignored. Too small is easy to appear plate bending phenomenon when the cutting depth exceeds 1/2 of the radius (the general manufacturer believes that the cutting effect is better when the value is 1.25~1.35). Therefore, stone processing enterprises in the tool head welding (rewelding), to choose a better condition of the regular tool head welding manufacturers, to ensure the quality of the finished saw blade and cutting efficiency, reduce loss and waste.
