Oil, rust or attached chips on the parts can be cleaned with diesel, kerosene or gasoline as a washing liquid, and then dried with compressed air.
2. Lubricant is usually added to the matching surface before matching or connecting. Especially in the headstock parts of the bearing parts, lifting mechanism screw nut parts.
3. The matching size of the matching parts should be accurate, and the matching size should be rechecked or random checked during assembly. For example: spindle journal and bearing matching position, spindle box and bearing matching hole and center distance.
4. The assembly of the wheel requires that the shaft line of the two teeth sealing wheel must be in the same plane and parallel to each other. Normal clearance of the teeth should be ensured, and the axial dislocation is less than 2MM.
5. The combined surface of the joint should be checked whether it is smooth and deformed, otherwise it should be trimmed and burr removed to ensure the contact of the joint surface is close, smooth and not skewed.
6. The sealing parts should be pressed into the sealing groove in parallel to avoid distortion, damage and scratching of the sealing surface.
7. The belt pulley assembly requirements are two belt pulley axis must be parallel, the center of the wheel groove should be positive, offset too large to make the belt pulley tension is uneven, resulting in belt slip and accelerated wear. At the same time, the triangle belt should be selected before assembly, and the length should be consistent to prevent vibration in the transmission.
8. The bearing should be cleaned before assembly, and the antirust paint can be cleaned before assembly; When cleaning, attention should be paid to check whether raceway and rolling body rust, rotation is flexible; Bearing assembly should be coated with a layer of lubricating oil on the surface of mating parts. If the pressure difference is found to be too large during assembly, assembly should be stopped for inspection; When the bearing is assembled, the end without model should face inward and lean against the shoulder of the shaft; When the bearing is set, the size, direction and position of the additional force should be appropriate, and the rolling body of the raceway should not be stressed. It should be beaten evenly and symmetrically, not slammed, to ensure that the end face is perpendicular to the shaft and to prevent the installation tilt.
9. The thread connection shall adopt the anti-loosening device. The following commonly used anti-loosening devices shall be selected according to the actual situation and design requirements; Double nut anti-loose; Spring washer anti-loose; Cotter pin anti-loose; Stop washer anti-loose round nut and flower pad anti-loose; The method of tightening multiple bolts symmetrically should be tightened step by step in a symmetrical sequence, and the strip connector should be tightened symmetrically step by step from the middle to both directions. The end of the rib of the bolt connection should protrude the nut.
10. Do inspection while assembling.
11. Check before driving carefully. For example: check the integrity of the assembly work, the accuracy and reliability of the connecting parts, the flexibility of the movement of the moving parts, the normality of the lubrication system, etc.
12. Carefully monitor the startup process. After starting the machine, the main working parameters and moving parts should be observed immediately. The main working parameters include speed of movement, smoothness of movement, spindle rotation, lubricating oil pressure, temperature, vibration and noise, etc. Only when the motion indicators are normal and stable in the starting stage, can the test run be carried out.
13. Test run according to the acceptance conditions of various stone mechanical products and test related items. For example: cutting speed and stroke adjustment and testing, lifting motion stroke adjustment, spindle rotation accuracy test.
