2.According to the material of the stone to determine the reasonable and feasible saw blade cutting line speed and other sawing process, special attention should be paid to the disk saw machine transverse cutting speed and vertical feed cutting quantity reasonable match, otherwise, not only can not improve the production efficiency, but also will bring some negative effects, to the stone factory unnecessary loss. For granite, due to its hard material, it is suitable for fast and shallow cutting. The transverse cutting speed is 1.5-3.2m /min, and the vertical feed is 10-25mn expansion times. For marble and other soft materials, it is easy to deeply diffuse, transverse cutting speed is 1.0 to 2.2n min, vertical feed is 20~55m.
3.The stone factory in the selection of equipment, we must pay attention to the selection of stone materials and commonly used plate specifications according to their own processing, and in accordance with their economic strength and the quality requirements of the plate for high, medium and low gear equipment procurement.
